Bad window film is never a good look!
We saw this Range Rover Vogue recently, which had been fitted at some point with poor quality window film.
At the time of installation, this could had all been fine, with an experienced fitted, and a customer who thought he was having a good job done. The problem here is that a poor quality film has been used. So over the summer when the temperatures have soared the adhesive in the film has broken down due to having no resistance to UV, so the film as simply come away from the glass.
This is just one reason quality of film can have such an impact when choosing who you choose to install your film. This can be an expensive mistake to correct.
Llumar film is one of the only brands of film that actually incorporates UV absorbers within the adhesive layer. So this would never be a problem.
